From Humble Beginnings
In 1988, a family tradition was carried out by Peter Ferrante & Wife Maria Ferrante, combining the warmth of traditional Italian dining experience with signature family recipes from the original Italian Restaurant in Pennsylvania. Fresh ingredients and careful preparations aren’t surprising, given that chef-owner Peter Ferrante learned from his mother & Family making fresh pasta & Sauces with her since he was a young boy.
Chef Peter was born in the Little Town Of Vittoria Sicily Below The Foothills of Mount Etna, His father, Was A Hardworking Sicilian Who Taught Values To Peter At a young age. Pat Ferrante Migrated at a young age From Carini Sicily To Brooklyn, New York, who cooked beside her Mother who also taught her the tradition of Italian Cooking.
In 1988 the family moved to A small Town In Pennsylvania where Peter & Maria Started There First Business with a up coming family. They Built a Pizzeria From The Ground Up With Only Pennies Left, The Pizzeria Was A Instant Success & is still there till this day. They Built over Ten Restaurants together with the Ideal`s installed in each in everyone of them. Keep A Simple Tradition with a environment Only we would feed our families In.
Peter & Pat were very instrumental in teaching there two kids Disma & Adriana How to run a business and develop There philosophy on authentic Sicilian food. They would Learn frequently that “the ingredients you start with are gonna determine the finished recipe. So always use the best quality food and never sacrifice for cost.”
Eventually The Ferrante Family would Come to Florida where they spent Months Trying to find the perfect location, to bring authentic Sicilian Cusine To a Market Where People would appreciate using the freshest ingredients and sourcing the most authentic Italian Specialties. They would spend Hours Coming up with a menu that allows the food to be the freshest it could possibly be & not let cost come in the way.
